ICBC & WorkSafeBC

Direct billing for approved visits

Bring your claim number and we bill the insurer directly for every pre approved treatment. WorkSafeBC visits have no user fee. Some ICBC visit types do, and we tell you before you book.

Extended Health & MSP

We bill your plan first

Pacific Blue Cross, Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Green Shield, Desjardins and more. Your coverage is paid to the clinic and you pay only the remainder, if any.

Payment & Cancellations

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Less than 24 hours notice or a missed appointment is charged the full treatment cost.

Do I need a referral to book?

No referral is needed to book at Vitality. Some extended health plans ask for a doctor's note before they reimburse certain services, so check your plan if you are unsure.

Does extended health cover registered massage therapy?

Many extended health plans cover registered massage therapy, and we direct bill most of them so you only pay any remaining balance. Coverage amounts depend on your plan.

Do you direct bill MSP?

Yes. We direct bill MSP for eligible patients, as well as ICBC, WorkSafeBC and most extended health plans.
