Janelle grew up in Richmond and graduated from UBC's kinesiology program. Growing up, she developed a love for sports and moving her body through basketball, volleyball, and ultimate frisbee. Janelle understands the importance of looking after your body and how it translates to moving and feeling better.
She enjoys biking around Richmond and Vancouver, playing ultimate frisbee, and enjoying a sweet treat. Currently, she's working on being a beginner again through running and crochet.
